These amazing woman's muffins contain a lot of fibre and omega 3; 1 muffin provides the daily amount of Omega 3 a woman needs (=1100mg Omega 3) And 1 muffin contains 4.5 g of fibre. So, if you are a woman make sure you take the "red cranberry muffin"!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 66g of Salba
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup of honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°.
  • Prepare the muffin tins with some oil to prevent the muffins from sticking; you only need 1 tsp. of oil.
  • Mix in a bowl the following ingredients: whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and Salba.
  • Mix in a second bowl the canola oil, apple sauce, vanilla, honey, and cranberries.  Mix everything together and mix it fast. Put the mix in the muffin tins. (Do not use paper muffin tins; the muffin will stick to the paper)
  • Put the muffins in the oven for (300°) for 25 minutes.
